During unusually high server demand, a very small percentage of downloads may not deliver completely. But often the problem is with your computer. Please review this information:

If you cannot get a complete download and are using AOL as your internet connection, trying using Internet Explorer instead. It's right there on your computer, and just switching browsers really can make a difference.
