It's another great WCEW/THUNDERGIRLS promotion, and neither people or circumstances could stop what HAD to be one of the BEST nights of women's wrestling the year 2004 ever saw!

We actually, truthfully, had people writing us, BEGGING us for this match. So it was a fortunate coincidence that the management of WCEW not only booked FANTASIA, but after looking at her career history and skill, decided there was no doubt she was eligible for contender status for the coveted women's champ!

Unfortunately for US, we had to explain that to BECCA, who fully expected to have a clear shot at current champ BRANDI WINE, already having allowed FOUR OTHER gals a shot at the title a LADIES NIGHT OUT. But the good news is that we were able to channel her energy into the match, and though Fantasia mocked Becca at first, she quickly found Becca was equal to the task of taking the tough blonde DOWN, and working on Fantasia's legs like the title depended on it... oh, and it DID.

But while Becca certainly had motivation going for her, there is no argument that Fantasia had some advantage in size and more importantly, experience, so we look for Becca to come up with something besides determination to take the match.

It was a solid affair to be sure, with no disappointed fans (unless of course, they weren't pulling for the winner), and a fast pin takes one of these ladies to the main event, the championship shot at BRANDI!
