We are rated among the BEST providers of our kind, a reputation we do not take lightly, and work hard to make sure our product and service are the best we can provide. But the internet, for all its wonder, remains imperfect, made so by the many types of computers, operating systems, routing configurations, service providers... well, sometimes when you consider all the variables you would be amazed that the internet works at ALL.

We promise our best service and attention to your problems. We ask in return that you communicate with us intelligently and with civility. Fans that cannot abide by this condition will be blocked from our site. If we cannot conduct business with you in a positive, non-threatening manner, then it is best not to do business at all.
LENGTH OF ACCESS
For security purposes, access is good for 3 days hours from the time your order is placed, with no more than 5 download attempts. If you experience difficulty with the first download attempt, please read our support link before trying again. We advise you not to order more than you can reasonably download within a 24 hour period, and not to order during a time when you may not be available to receive download information from us.
ORDERS
You MUST read our FAQ and ORDER link before placing an order.
REACTIVATION
Do not place an order until you are ready to download. After seven days we will be unable to provide an additional activation without a new order, unless you have bought our DOWNLOAD INSURANCE (according to plan details).
DUPLICATE ORDERS
YOU are responsible for knowing what you have already ordered. Due to the difficulty of verifying previous purchases, we cannot provide refunds for theaters that you may have already purchased. NO exceptions, so order carefully. Sorry!

You are purchasing a singel-user license which includes one complete download to your computer. You should make a back-up of the file as soon as possible. We are not responsible for your loss of data, and cannot provide additional downloads of product beyond the download period.
REFUNDS
Due to the reproducible nature of our product, we cannot provide refunds for ANY reason. These materials are intended for a broad base of women's wrestling fans, and no purchase should be based on any single element represented by image or descriptions. Buyer is responsible for making his decision of purchase.
If there are problems with access or obtaining a complete download, we will work to insure this is managed as promptly as possible, but again, this cannot be taken as grounds for refund. We have many options to take care of any technical issues which guarantee you can receive your order in its entirety.
DIAL-UP
Our downloads are compatible with dial-up, but we make NO guarantees as to the suitability of downloading with dial-up, and we cannot provide a refund for purchases made with the intention of downloading via dial-up.
DOWNLOADS
Our current system allows you to access your purchase immediately. HOWEVER, due to circumstances beyond our control, a small percent of fans may experience delays. We will strive to make sure all purchases will receive access no later than 24 hours of purchase. All purchases made through ThunderGirls Theater are available as download only.
PROBLEMS
You must read ALL the information provided on this website prior to ordering. Should you experience difficulties with your download, you MUST review our TROUBLE link prior to contacting us. Most issues can be corrected in this manner.
If you STILL need to contact us, you MUST provide the following information:
* Your computer name and model
* Your internet browser and version
* Your operating system (Windows XP, 2000, etc)
* Your broadband provider (AOL, Verizon, Road Runner, etc)
* The EXACT nature of your difficulty and any error messages
You should allow us UP TO 24 HOURS to respond to any emails. Please note that email is quick to send and convenient to use, but it is not a form of instant communciation.
In most states the deliberate misuse of a credit card (whether using a stolen card or challenging legitimate charges YOU make) is a FELONY. Fines can be a few hundred, up to $25,000, and the possiblity of jail time. We will file charges with the FBI and the state you are ordering from (we track IP addresses for all orders).
