CART EMPTIES BEFORE CHECKOUT? CAN'T CHECKOUT?

Try clearing your browser cache, delete cookies, then restart your computer. This fix works most of the time. Here's a link that provides more information on how to do this for IE7 and IE8:

COMPLETED PAYMENT BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN EMAIL WITH DOWNLOAD LINKS

An email is immediately sent upon successful payment, however your email account may redirect it to your SPAM folder. You should be sure to check any folder on your account such as JUNK, SPAM, BULK, SUSPECT, etc. If you find it, be sure to indicate "This Is Not Spam" so future emails will be directed to your INBOX.

However, if you created an account with us (HIGHLY recommended) then you don't even need to check your email. If you logged out, then log back in to ThunderGirlsTheater.com, click on YOUR ACCOUNT, then ORDER HISTORY, and there you'll see your most recent orders. To the right find and click VIEW ORDER, and on the next page you'll see DOWNLOAD HERE for each video in your order. Click on that to begin downloading your order.

If the box that appears says "index.php" instead of the name of your video, click CANCEL, and wait 20 seconds before clicking the download button again.

DOWNLOAD LINK NOT WORKING?

If you're using a link embedded in an email, these often do not work properly. It is BEST to use the download feature built right in to this catalog. As soon as your payment is approved, log in to your account, select your ORDER HISTORY, then click on the most recent order number. On the following page you'll find download links to your order. Be sure to CLICK, DO NOT RIGHT-CLICK!

NOT GETTING A COMPLETE DOWNLOAD?

During unusually high server demand, a very small percentage of downloads may not deliver completely. But often the problem is with your computer. Please review this information on BROWSER CACHE ISSUES:

If this is the case, just download again, that should correct the problem.

AOL USERS:

If you cannot get a complete download and are using AOL as your internet connection, trying using Internet Explorer instead. It's usually right there on your computer, and just switching browsers really can make a difference.
