REPLACING LOST VIDEOS

We will not replace lost videos. You should back-up your data, not just our videos, but all the important information you keep on your computer. It's quick and it's easy and it's inexpensive. For more information please click HERE.

Please be sure to make back-ups of your purchases. And we strongly recommend you use a name-brand media, those store brands... well, there may be a reason they're so cheap.

You'll be able to store an average of a half-dozen videos on CD-R, or if you have a DVD burner, over 3 dozen videos. In case you didn't know it, DVDs can be used for data storage just like a CD-R.

We really can't take responsibility for your housekeeping, so please understand, it is our policy not to replace any purchased videos you have lost due to any hardware trouble.
