REPLACING LOST VIDEOS

Please be sure to make back-ups of your purchases. And we strongly recommend you use a name-brand media, those store brands... well, there may be a reason they're so cheap.

You'll be able to store an average of a half-dozen videos on CD-R, or if you have a DVD burner, over 3 dozen videos. In case you didn't know it, DVDs can be used for data storage just like a CD-R.

We really can't take responsibility for your housekeeping, so please understand, it is our policy not to replace any purchased videos you have lost due to any hardware trouble.

However, effective February 7, we have available DOWNLOAD INSURANCE. Check out the details in the catalog. The short version is that we will replace your lost videos for a year from the date of insurance purchase. Only videos purchased at the same time or after the insurance purchase is covered.
